This was my first photoshoot in Moscow this summer. This wonderful couple has been referred to me by clients from three years ago. The timing was perfect – their wedding was scheduled just a few days after my arrival from Mexico, which left us enough time for a small engagement session. We took a walk through one of my favorite parks in Moscow – Neskuchnyi Sad, which has a funny meaning – Not a Boring Garden, situated right next to the famous Gorky Park. And the garden lived up to its name. I always recommend scheduling an engagement session before your wedding. This allows you to not only meet your photographer, but to spend some time in front of the camera, learn to forget about it, to relax. It will come very handy during the wedding day. We walked and talked, and whenever I noticed interesting, eye-catching light or scenery, I invited our romantic heroes to come into the frame and concentrate on each other. The best shots come out when emotions are real!
