Ginger Lemon Drink


Our traditional morning drink, flavorful and packed with health benefits:

1 whole lemon with skin (cut into quarters to remove seeds)
2-4 Tbsp of grated fresh ginger (start with 1 and work your way up)
1 Tbsp of honey (or to taste)
4 cups of hot (not boiling) water
1 tsp cinnamon powder (that was a new discovery, and a great one!)

Blend together until lemon has mostly dissolved. Pour into cups through a strainer.

Can also be enjoyed cold and throughout the day, but the morning one ideally should be hot.
