
Puerto Aventuras
Most of these pictures were taken when we just moved to Puerto Aventuras – a small community 15 minutes South from Playa del Carmen. Life is very quiet here, as most properties here are vacation homes and are occupied only a few weeks in a year. We are lucky enough to live right on the beach, so you’ll see the view from our terrace. I am also sharing here a few pictures from the streets and cafes.

This was a wonderful shoot! The idea arose spontaneously, the same day, and we didn’t have a lot of time, but we did explore a few side-streets off Playa del Carmen’s Fifth Avenue and had a great deal of fun!

We loved our year in Brazil, and now it’s time to move on. Our next stop is Mexico, and first place we went to is Tulum. Amazing beaches here! Burning Grasslands
Every year farmers here burn the grass that dries up completely during the 6 months of no rain. Quite amazing to see a wall of fire coming towards your house, even though you know quite well that it’s going to stop at the cement wall. › VIEW FULL POST
