• I have trained extensively in somatic and trauma-informed approaches, completing multiple years of in-depth facilitator training.
• I serve as Chief of Staff at the Global Restoration Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to bringing trauma-informed approaches to diplomacy and policymaking.
• I initiated and co-facilitate the Living Legacy of Dictatorship Integration Lab through the Pocket Project — a somatic inquiry into how 20th-century authoritarianism persists in contemporary life, relationships, and leadership.
• I lead the Subtle Attunement Practice Group for practitioners and leaders developing deeper relational and perceptual awareness.
• I co-facilitate the Ukrainian Practice Group, a community healing container for Ukrainians navigating ancestral and collective patterns.
• My professional background includes interpretation and translation, and photography.
• I work with individual clients and facilitate groups in English and Ukrainian, and I am also fluent in Russian.

I grew up in Ukraine and lived in multiple cultures across the globe, which allowed me to cultivate a felt sense of our interconnectedness and a deep cross-cultural resilience that informs my work. Today, I live in Washington, DC.
