Integration Lab
Living Legacy of Dictatorship
How dictatorship lives on after regimes collapse

Online · English
Digesting the shadow of Soviet trauma
Beginning with the Soviet legacies of colonization, repression and forced assimilation, this lab explores how the trauma of dictatorship moves across generations and societies. Somatic practice, relational attunement and shared reflection help connect personal experience with collective history.
This Thomas Hübl Integration Lab is offered through the Pocket Project, whose work supports the healing of individual and ancestral trauma.
This 15-meeting 2026 lab is currently full. Its page remains available as a record of the work and for future Pocket Project updates.
