When the group isn’t quite enough

Some questions need more room

In the group, you’ve sensed something in a partner’s presence, caught an image you couldn’t explain, or felt an emotion and wondered whose it was. Then the breakout ends, the sharing moves on — and your question stays with you.

  • Was that intuition, or was I imagining it?
  • Why do some impressions come so clearly, and others not at all?
  • How do I bring this into my work, my relationships, my decisions?

A group offers rich shared practice. One-to-one, we can slow down around your experience — how you perceive, where you second-guess yourself, and what develops when someone is tracking it with you.

No belief system to adopt. No pressure to get it right. A space to become more attentive to what you notice — and more discerning about what you make of it.

Why one-to-one

Personal attention for your subtle capacities

Your channels, not the group’s average.

We find out how perception actually arrives for you — sensation, image, emotion, knowing — and work with what’s dominant and what’s quieter.

Real-time reflection.

I track what’s happening in you as you sense, and point out what you may have missed, so you learn to recognize your own signals sooner.

Discernment you can trust.

Together we test impressions and tell direct experience apart from expectation, projection, and interpretation.

Your questions, your life.

We bring the practice into a decision you’re facing, a relationship you’re trying to read, or the room you lead.

Your pace and your edges.

Sensing can stir things up. One-to-one, we can slow down, ground, and work with whatever arises with care.

What we can explore

Drawn from the Deep Dive, shaped around you

We draw on the same territory as the Deep Dive training — in the order and depth that serves you.

  • Grounding and boundaries

A steady base for sensing — knowing your yes and no, and where you end and another begins.

  • Channels of perception

Mapping how impressions reach you and strengthening access to them.

  • Relational attunement

Staying attuned to another person while remaining connected to yourself.

  • Ancestral and collective layers

Recognizing inherited patterns and resilience, and reading the atmosphere of groups and organizations.

  • Emergent future

Sensing aligned next steps, timing, and the difference between repeating the past and what wants to emerge.

Concentric ripples spreading across calm water

Who this is for

This may be for you if…

  • You’ve practiced in the Subtle Attunement group, or the Deep Dive, and want to go further.
  • You notice subtle impressions but aren’t sure what to make of them — or when to trust them.
  • You’d like personal guidance applying sensing to your work, relationships, or decisions.
  • You hold space for others and want to refine your attunement with individual support.

Your guide

Dasha Gaian

I’m a somatic and trauma-informed coach and group facilitator, rooted in contemplative practice, embodied awareness, and experiential inquiry.

I have led the Subtle Attunement Practice Group since 2023, experimenting with ways of refining our sensing — bodily sensations, intuitive impressions, and relational experience — with people from many backgrounds.

One-to-one, I bring that same curiosity to your own perception, so it becomes something you can rely on in daily life.

In a participant’s words

“It helped me to appreciate, on an experiential level, that I/We have inner capacities, including subtle attunement, that we sense at times (intuition) but are not conscious enough and not developed enough as a skill… I am slowing down more, creating space, and utilizing my subtle attunement skills in my relationships and therapeutic work.”

Frequently asked questions

It helps, because we can build on shared language and practice. If you haven’t, you’re welcome to join a free group session first, or reach out and we’ll talk about it.
What happens in a session?
We start with what you’re bringing, ground, and then explore through guided sensing experiments, reflection, and inquiry. Sessions are 55 minutes, online.
Is this about developing psychic abilities?
No specific ability is promised. The focus is attention, perception, testing impressions, and becoming more discerning about what you notice.
Is this therapy?
No. It’s coaching with a somatic, trauma-informed approach — an experiential exploration, not psychotherapy or treatment.
