One-to-one coaching

See clearly.
Respond differently.
Live what you already know.

You may understand yourself remarkably well — and still find yourself caught in patterns that insight alone hasn’t changed.

I work with thoughtful, capable people navigating complex relationships, transitions, leadership challenges, and moments when the old ways of responding no longer work.

Together, we slow things down enough to see what’s actually happening — and create more room for clarity, capacity, connection, and choice.

Does this sound like you?

You know yourself well.
And some patterns keep showing up anyway.

Maybe you’re navigating a major transition, a relationship that’s difficult to read, or a decision with no obvious right answer.

You handle a lot in your life with skill — perhaps you’re even the person other people rely on — and then something touches a particular place and suddenly the clarity you usually have isn’t there.

You may become overwhelmed, reactive, disconnected, uncertain, or caught in loops of thinking that don’t actually resolve anything.

Maybe you’ve done therapy, workshops, coaching, meditation, or years of inner work. You understand more than you used to.

But understanding didn’t change everything.

Or perhaps nothing is dramatically “wrong.” Life simply doesn’t fit in quite the same way anymore. Something is asking to change, and you don’t yet know what comes next.

You don’t need someone to tell you what to do.

What helps is a space where you can slow down enough to see what’s actually happening — and someone trained to notice what can be difficult to see from inside your own experience.

That’s my work.

I help you develop greater clarity, capacity, and real choice, so change becomes something you can live — not just something you understand.

“Dasha's powerful presence and insights have strengthened me as I've navigated painful experiences. Dasha expands my perspective so that I see more of what's happening on different levels. Dasha masterfully picks up on the deeper roots of a situation, beyond the narrative of my surface-level story. She can often feel (physically and emotionally) what I am not yet consciously feeling. When she shares aloud what arises when she is attuning to me, my awareness grows.”

Coming Back to Yourself

A free 10-minute guided grounding practice

Sometimes the most useful first step isn’t figuring anything out. It’s arriving.

This short practice will guide you through noticing your surroundings, your breath, your body, and what’s present right now — without trying to force yourself into a particular state.

Use it when you’re overwhelmed, caught in your thoughts, preparing for an important conversation, or simply wanting to come back into contact with yourself.

Why this work is different

Sometimes the problem isn’t that you don’t understand.

You can know why you react a certain way and still react. You can understand a relationship pattern and still find yourself inside it. You can know what boundary you need and still struggle to hold it. You can understand that you’re safe and still feel your body preparing for danger.

That’s because we don’t live through intellect alone. Our histories, emotions, relationships, bodies, assumptions, and ways of perceiving all participate in how we respond. So our work includes more than talking about the problem.

My approach

We work with what’s happening — not just what you think about it.

We begin with whatever is alive for you that day: a decision, a relationship, a conflict, a recurring pattern, a question, or simply a feeling that something isn’t right.

I’ll listen to the story. But I’ll also pay attention to what happens as you tell it — where you speed up or become quiet, where emotion appears, what your body is communicating, what assumptions may be shaping the situation, and what you may not yet be able to see from inside it.

Sometimes we’ll talk. Sometimes we’ll slow down and stay with a sensation, emotion, image, impulse, or question. I may reflect something subtle I’ve noticed, challenge an assumption, invite an experiment, or give something enough space to unfold without rushing toward an answer.

This isn’t about imposing my interpretation on your experience. It’s about helping you become increasingly able to recognize what is true for you, understand what is shaping your responses, and have more choice in what happens next.

What might a session actually look like?

Imagine you arrive with a conversation you can’t stop replaying.

We start with what happened.

But instead of spending the whole session analyzing the other person or trying to decide who was right, we begin to notice what happens in you as you tell the story.

There’s one moment where something changes. Maybe your breathing becomes shallow. Maybe you suddenly speak faster. Maybe there’s anger — but when we slow down, something else is underneath it.

We stay there for a moment.

A fear becomes visible. Or an assumption. Or a familiar impulse to protect yourself in a way that once made sense but may no longer be serving you.

And suddenly the situation looks different.

The circumstances haven’t magically changed. No one has told you what to do. But you’re no longer standing in exactly the same relationship to the problem.

That small increase in awareness can create something important:Choice.

The process

Slow down. See clearly. Choose.

1

Slow Down

We create enough space to notice what’s actually happening beneath the automatic response — without forcing anything to change.

2

See Clearly

Together we explore the emotions, assumptions, patterns, needs, impulses, and possibilities that become visible.

3

Choose

As awareness and capacity grow, so does your ability to respond differently — in your relationships, leadership, decisions, and daily life.

This isn’t a rigid three-step method. We move between these processes throughout our work together, following what is most alive and useful.

What can change?

Not a different you. More access to the you that’s already there.

Greater clarity

See situations and patterns that are difficult to perceive when you’re inside them.

More capacity under pressure

Stay more connected to yourself when emotions, relationships, or decisions become difficult.

Greater emotional range

Become more able to experience difficult emotions without either being overtaken by them or needing to shut them down.

More choice

Recognize automatic patterns early enough to create another possibility.

Deeper relationships

Bring greater presence, honesty, discernment, and capacity for connection into the relationships that matter.

Embodied self-trust

Develop a more reliable relationship with your own signals, intuition, needs, boundaries, and knowing.

The specifics are different for every person. Coaching isn’t a promise that difficult feelings or circumstances disappear. The aim is to increase your capacity to meet your life with greater awareness and choice.

Client experiences

What my clients say

Dasha is highly attuned and perceptive, compassionate and truly loving. I feel deeply felt and cared for by her. In her reflections on what I share, she zeros in on the most subtle aspects of my tone and my somatic energy, as well as following my verbal content. I learn about myself and feel myself more deeply in her presence. I am repeatedly in awe of her ability to provide grounding and spaciousness for me. I highly recommend Dasha as a personal growth / trauma integration coach.
~ Amita J.
My sessions with Dasha have been eye-opening. I've learned more about myself than in years of traditional talk therapy, and I've been able to explore lifelong issues from different perspectives. Each time, we end up in really unexpected territory, but her demeanor is so gentle and encouraging that I trust her and the process.
~ Chris H.
Dasha's grounded and patient presence is a balm in a frantic, disembodied modern existence. With her help, I have been able to process repressed emotions, integrate shadow parts of myself, and make peace with unanswerable questions that have haunted me.

A focused container for meaningful change

  • Online
  • Available in English, Ukrainian, and Russian

I take on a limited number of 1:1 clients at a time so I can give each person real continuity and attention.

This work may be especially useful if…

  • You’re highly self-aware but keep encountering a pattern you can’t think your way out of.
  • You’re navigating a relationship, transition, leadership challenge, or important decision where the answer isn’t obvious.
  • You’re capable of holding a great deal for other people but have difficulty finding the same clarity when you’re inside your own experience.
  • You’ve gained insight through therapy, coaching, meditation, or personal development and want to translate that insight into lived change.
  • You want someone who can be both deeply attuned and willing to challenge you.
  • You’re interested in working with your whole experience rather than analyzing everything intellectually.

This probably isn’t the right fit if…

  • You’re looking for a fixed program, a quick fix, or a set of techniques to apply on your own.
  • You want someone to tell you what to do rather than help you see more clearly for yourself.
  • You’re in acute crisis and need clinical mental-health support rather than coaching.

Questions you may have

Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching with a trauma-informed, body-aware approach. We work with what is happening in your experience now rather than diagnosing or treating mental-health conditions. Coaching can complement therapy, but it isn’t a replacement for appropriate mental-health care.
Do I need experience with meditation or body-based work?
Not at all. You don’t need to know any particular method or vocabulary. I’ll guide the process, and we’ll work in ways that make sense for you.
Do we have to talk about my past?
No. Sometimes earlier experiences become relevant because they help illuminate a pattern that’s happening now. But we don’t go searching for trauma or assume every difficulty originates in the past. We follow what’s useful to the work you’re doing now.
What actually happens during a session?
You bring what’s most alive or important. We may talk, slow down and notice what’s happening internally, explore an emotion or bodily response, examine an assumption, work with a relationship dynamic, or experiment with another way of meeting something. No two sessions are exactly alike.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Many clients notice something shift even within an individual session — greater clarity, more space, a new perspective, or a change in how something feels. Deeper patterns usually require repetition, practice, and time. That’s why my primary work happens within a multi-session container.
What if I’m not sure this is right for me?
That’s exactly what the free introductory conversation is for. We’ll talk about what you’re navigating and what you’re hoping for. You can get a sense of me, I can get a sense of what you’re looking for, and we’ll decide whether working together seems useful.

Begin

You don’t have to have it figured out before we talk.

Bring the question, the pattern, the relationship, the transition — or simply the sense that something needs to change.

We’ll start there.
